It is a rare armor crafted in the depths of the dwarven hold: The Abel Dungeon. You must travel half-way down the dungeon and find the dwarf, Ake. With his assistance, you can craft the legendary Phoenix Mail. The armor can be worn by the female warrior of 86th insight. To craft one you must be a respected citizen, you must have full labor available, and 12 Spinal Rings must be sacrificed. The Phoenix Mail may be tailored, but not dyed.
