[Suggestion]Make boards useable?

Hey, yea.. I was planning on using the Dark Ages General area to post about why I can't seem to get wallop even tho I have full dura stilla, battlesword, 10k, and complete stats even without stat enhancing items. But there isn't a new topic button in there.. If you need a moderator to add this stuff in for you I can, I have full experience with forums.

Thanks for the notification. I have recently reinstalled phpbb and simply forgot to edit the permissions on the forums. The issue has been fixed.
