 Found Dioram 1-6

Dioram
The Dioram quest is a fairly easy quest Medenia, though it requires a few items gained on hunts in the the Noam Plains. You will need three (3) Fox Ribs. You can find them off of two different foxes, the Red Fox and the Bramble Fox. Start the quest by entering the hut right in front of Lenoa, the girl who sends you to become a Medenian Path in Asilon. Speak with Cruvano, who is standing in front of the Mudling.

I am too sad and depressed to talk to anyone right now.

I am sorry but can you just...just leave me alone? I do not have the will to live any longer.

What are you doing here? Did I not tell you to leave.

.....

I am too depressed to talk about it. But your concern is greatly appreciated.

I am not sure if there is anything you can really do. Do you see that mudling over there?.

Do not touch her. She is my fiance, Celina.

Of course she was not always this way. She was a beautiful mundane, caring and vibrant as well. Oh how I loved her so...

Because she was so beautiful, she attracted the attention of others, ...the attention of an evil sorcerer.

I was very fortunate to have such a wonderful mundane. We loved each other so much. I always thought it was luck, the way we met, but she believed it was fate.

A few cycles ago, Deochs to you, I was fishing at the Jara River. It was a slow day, so I decided to take a nap on the prairie grass, with the warmth of the sun shining on me.

Then I felt her shadow looming over me, don't ask me how but I felt it. I opened my eyes and there she was, so beautiful, even though she had a distraught look on her face.

She was picking flowers in the praire and became lost. She heard the sound of the river and made her way there.

So I helped her find her way home and that was that. We fell in love and got engaged.

News of our engagement traveled all over from Noam to Asilon, even the towns of Hwarone and Lama got wind of it.

But the news also traveled to Darni, an evil sorcerer who was jealous of the love Celina and I shared.

Darni wanted Celina, she was never interested. He tried to impress her by becoming a powerful sorcerer, but she was still not interested.

He was furious when he heard of our engagement. And so, he placed a curse on her.

I did not notice at first but her changes were soon apparent. She started to become a Mudling.

What Celina did not tell me was that there was a cure. Darni sent her a letter about it. But the cure was worse than the curse, that was why she never told me.

What was the cure you ask? She had to.....she had to kiss Darni once every day to ward off the transformation into a mudling.

Her love for me was too strong, she could not bear to place her lips on him. Someone so evil and vile such as him.

So here I sit in sorrow for my fiance. She is not a full mudling yet, but once she is, she will be lost forever. Dead. When that day comes. If the Spirits are with me, I will kill Darni, and then I will end my own life to reunite with Celina.

Thank you for listening, if you would please, I would like to spend our last bit of time together alone

As soon as you exit the inn, you will be given a Mysterious Book. Also, you will receive the following pop-up:
You find a very old book. The written characters are strange and unfamiliar, it is unreadable.

The language is completely foriegn to you. Maybe someone close by can translate it for you.
Nearly 15 or 20 paces south of the hut, you will meet Jelus. Speak with him about the book:
Hello there, is there something I can help you with?

Ah .. that book looks very old. It looks like some of the books that my Great Grandfather read in his day. I know little about it.

You want to know what is written in the book you found? Well the language is quite ancient, I know very little. The language is called Golkatia.

It is too difficult to translate the entire book, but I will do my best to read what I know.

In Noam... Dee.. Or.. Dioram...? something.. something.. potion that gives life... become lifeless. I can't make out the rest. Let's see...

It is deadly to that which is already living, ummm... it willl... hmm.. 'Ease the Stones'? That makes no sense to me.

The potion is green in color, ... if you look carefully you will see powder in it...

That is all I can make out. I cannot read the rest.

If you need something else feel free to come back, you are welcome anytime.

Head to the Village of Noam (either walking or via the Caravan option from Lenoa in the center of the city). Walk into town and you'll notice Kabok. Speak with him about the mysterious book.
What do you want/ I am very busy and can not be bothered with trivial matters.

Dioram? You know about Dioram?

How do you know about Dioram? I heard about the incident at Asilon.. perhaps..

I wont beat around the bush with you. Dioram exists. It is rare, and powerful, but it is not a myth.

It is dangerous enough in its natural form.. When purified it can be extremely potent and deadly.

That is why the Lorais have infested Asilon. They come for the Dioram that has sprung up in the cotton field.

If word of this is spread there will be dire consequences. I wish to keep this secret.

I do not have any purified Dioram here.. It requires a very arcane ritual to purify the liquid.

If you truly want to do it, you will need 3 bones from the Foxes of the Noam plains.

Place the three bones in synnergy on the Noam plains. One at Noam Plains 5. One at Noam Plains 9. And the final one at Noam Plains 13.

Do not mistake the order. It is important. In ancient times there was a temple where the Dioram flowed in perfect purity. Place the bones in front of the only stone in the area.

I wish you success. Do not abuse the Dioram liquid.

Now is time for you to head out to the Noam Plains. First head east (to the left) of town. This will bring you to Plains 5. Drop a Fox Ribs at the stone in the center of the area:
As you place the Fox Ribs on the floor it is consumed by smoke.

The bones become bright red and disappear.

While on the cliff, continue walking north (up). The next map is area 9. Find the stone at the top of the cliff and drop the fox ribs in front of it:
As you place the Fox Ribs on the floor it is consumed by smoke.

The bones become bluish in color and disppear.

Now head east (right) one map and then north (up) one map. This will bring you to 13. You can find the stone on the cliff a bit to the right here:
As you place the Fox Ribs on the floor it is consumed by smoke.

The bones become yellowish and disappear.

You find a bottle in place of the bones. It is filled with green liquid.

You can get back to Noam town by heading south (down) two maps. Head back to Asilon and return the Dioram potion to Cruvano.
Why are you here again?

What is this?

Dioram? Is this supposed to cure my love Celina? Why have I not heard of it!!

Well, it cannot do any more harm to her, I will give it to her.

It works, by the elements of the spirits, it works!! Thank you so much. How can I ever repay you? You have saved us.

I do not have any physical item to give but take this, it is my ability experience.
For completing the quest, you get up to 100 Ability Experience and a legend mark:
 Found Dioram 1-6
You can perform the quest up to six times. The first time you get 100 Ability Points, 50 for the second time, 25 for third, 10 for fourth, 5 for fifth, and none for the sixth. After you finish the quest six times, the following message is what you will receive from Cruvano.
Ah, YourName, it is you. Thank you for all you have done. You do not realize how much you have done for us. We are gratefully in your debt.

Celina is getting better. The process is slow but I do see improvement. She has been through much.

Good bye YourName, I will talk to you soon.
