The potion she is asking for is a Hydele Deum, a potion that restores one's health to the maximum value. A warrior cannot get this potion by him or herself. Find a Monk or a Priest who has the Herbalism skill (you can see it on their poritrait) and ask them to craft for you a Hydele Deum. You may need to provide them with labor, wine, or gold for their assistance. Return with the Hydele Deum to Oona and choose the following option:
	Wonderful. Just wait a moment while I have her drink a draught of it. Thank you. She is feeling much better now. I have a little something to offer you.
For turning in the Hydele Deum you get 7,500 experience and Bee's Honey (x5). There are two other variations to this quest. Rarely you will be given a Flower as well.
