Tiota The Tiota quest has many different tasks he asks you to do. These are just a few of the tasks. Not all are listed here. The Tiota quest is one of the most anticipated because you get the chance of getting an Intelligence or Dexterity Blue Tiota Necklace out of this. Those items are very rare and can sell very will if you don't want or need it.

Gather 20,000 Gold Coins and visit Nigel near the north corner of Tagor.

Gather a White Bat's Wing from the bottom of the Mileth Crypt. Return to Nigel.

Find Baltasar at the far left house in Rucesion. Take the note and physically drop it on him.

Walk over to the chest and claim your Tiota necklace. Most of these necklaces give random properties of health, mana, armor, health regeneration, and rarely a Blue Tiota may give you +1 intelligence or +1 dexterity. You also now have a legend mark:  Completed Tiota Quest
