Work for Tybar Inside the town of Asilon there is a hut to the right of Lenoa. Inside that hut is Tybar, a rather rude medenian mundane. He wants you to go slay a set of creatures outside town for very little reward.

You can do this quest numerous times but for now you get more "reward" for getting a group in Naom and slaughtering bamus and vultures.
